  • Sep 30, 2002 - Based on preliminary financial results, PLX expects revenues for the third quarter to be between $7.8 million and $8.3 million, compared to its previous guidance of $6.0 million to $8.0 million. PLX also completed the purchase of 2,000,000 shares under the stock repurchase program approved by the Company's Board of Directors in January 2001. On September 30, 2002 PLX's Board of Directors authorized an additional 2,000,000 shares as part of a stock repurchase program.

  • Jan. 22, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc. and VMIC today announced the 64-bit, 66MHz-capable PLX® PCI 9656 I/O Accelerator chip has been designed into VMIC's next generation of reflective memory real-time networking products, the VMIXXX-5565 line. Aided by the PCI 9656's high-bandwidth capabilities, VMIC's latest reflective memory products are capable of sharing data among up to 256 independent nodes at rates up to 174 MB per second.
  • Jan. 21, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc. today announced at the Bus and Board Conference that it has been named an Arapahoe Work Group (3GIO) key developer.
